Barking and Dagenham Council is reviewing its Gambling Policy for 2026 to 2029 and would like your views.

The policy guides how the Council makes decisions about gambling premises, such as betting shops, bingo halls and adult gaming centres. It also helps ensure gambling is managed safely, fairly and in line with the law.

The updated policy continues to support the three licensing objectives:
