Barking and Dagenham Council is redesigning their website and we have a few questions to ask about your experience of interacting with it.
The project is in its very early stages, but we want to start with understanding how you currently use the website.
We want you to have your say, so we have created an initial user experience survey that we need your help completing. Your response will allow us to understand what changes will improve your experience.
As the project progresses, we’ll be asking residents if they’d like to be part of interviews and testing new designs before they are made public. If you’d like to take part, there is an option to give your contact details at the end of the survey.
