LBBD retains its Facilities Management function in-house and is looking to make changes to create a single FM team to support a proposed Corporate Landlord approach. We envisage one central team, with members working across most operational buildings, with the level of service aligned with each building’s occupiers and use/ users.
We are interested in how other authorities are delivering their Facilities Management services in the wake of the disruption caused by the pandemic, and we are very grateful for any information provided through our survey.
