The Customer Experience Team is redesigning the Barking and Dagenham website, and we want to gather your feedback, so we can provide a better experience for you and our residents.
We have created a short survey and we would really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
We want to gain further insight into the usability issues of the website, while taking into consideration, ease of use, user friendly navigation, well written content, and clear call to actions, to improve the overall user experience.
By completing this survey, you will help us to understand and transform how the website represents us as a council. You will also help us to understand your pain-points, and the features and functionalities you would like to see when interacting with the website.
