Village Ward Neighbourhood Network

The Neighbourhood Network sits within the BD_Collective and was designed through a series of workshops and conversations involving both social sector and council partners. We are piloting the model in 5 places, funded by Barking & Dagenham Council, and Community Resources is leading on the pilot.

We want to connect with residents, build trust and a sense of belonging between social sector organisations to carry out innovative and collaborative work within the Neighbourhood. This will enable better links and be able to resolve resident challenges and rely less on public services.
