In March this year we asked you, our tenants and leaseholders to give us your opinion on what parts of the housing service you thought were important to you so that we could report back to you in the Annual Report.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey and reassure you that we are listening to you and that your feedback matters to us!
Here's what you told us through the on-line survey, the 5 service areas are in priority order :
1. Repairs and Maintenance
2. Anti-Social Behaviour
3. Estate Services
4. Housing and Estate Improvement Works
5. Tenant Engagement
The Annual Report will inform everyone on how we have performed over the last year in these areas and others compared to previous years and will also set out our plans on how we might improve on our performance in the future.
Want to have your say? We want to talk to you about futureengagement.
The recent on-line survey also told us that half of those who completed it, would like to be involved in an on-line forum in the future. We want to build on what you have told us and on the success of the on-line platform, One Borough Voice to create a dedicated Tenant Hub; a space for tenants to help shape services, find important information, ask questions, report issues, receive regular updates on how we’re performing, take part in consultations or join regular on-line forums about the housing services.
We can help you find the activity that suits you whether you have 5 minutes or want to do something every week.
If you like the sound of the Tenant Hub, please register your interest and give us your thoughts on what you'd like to see on it, or even help us design it. We want this to be a space for tenants, co-designed by tenants!
