The Mayor of Policing and Crime (MOPAC) provides London Crime Prevention Fund (LCPF) to local authorities to commission services and interventions to support crime reduction. LBBD have allocated funding to the community and voluntary to apply for that offers services and interventions to meet the CSP priorities. The Councils CSP have 5 priority areas which are

  1. Keeping children and young people safe
  2. Reducing reoffending
  3. Standing up to hate crime intolerance and extremism
  4. Tackling crimes that affect people the most
  5. Tackling violence against women and girls

Cross cutting themes

  1. Support to Victims
  2. Perceptions of safety
  3. Reduction in violence

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) Community Safety Partnership (CSP) is inviting applications from community groups, charities and social enterprises in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to bid for funding to deliver interventions to address Community Safety Partnership priorities as set out in the specification for financial year 2021/22.
