I am new to this community having moved in just a few months ago and these cooking workshops have provided me with a great opportunity not only to meet new people but to really get to know them. I have learnt how to cook new dishes and appreciate more the enormous effort which goes into preparing the food. Preparing and learning to cook the lamb biryani has been a real special experience.
