That’s why we are developing a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy – to create a more inclusive, cohesive, and fair future for all.

The strategy will focus on:

  • Closing Equality Gaps – Ensuring everyone has equal opportunities in areas like education, employment, healthcare, and housing.
  • Providing Fair & Accessible Services – Making sure our services are designed to meet the needs of all our residents, regardless of their background, ability, or circumstance.
  • Promoting Cohesion and Integration – Creating a borough where people from different backgrounds can connect and thrive together.

Help us by sharing your thoughts on how we can reduce equality gaps, bring communities together, and ensure our services are accessible to everyone.
