BDAAT is the assessment service for adults aged 18 to 65 that need to access community mental health.
The Mix provide free confidential support for young people under 25 and everything you need to know about mental health, from anxiety and depression to self care and counselling.

The Source, a local community group, are running 3 telephone helplines to help people: supporting people with anxiety and depression; supporting people experiencing bereavement and loss; and supporting people are who are lonely or who would just like someone to speak to. The helplines are operated by trained volunteers, supported by professionals. You can call 0300 302 3160 to access this support.

Thrive LDN is citywide movement to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all Londoners. They have developed a number or resources to provide supportive and practical help to those who have been affected by COVID-19.


The Hug Support Group CIC

The Hug Support Group a local community interest company is holding three events:

  • Parent well-being day – where parent can get involved in crafting, learn new technique to calm themselves and have a happier mindset.
  • Parent Support Group – Online and offline session to help parent with any issues that they are facing as well as meeting new parent and making new friends.
  • Online Art Exhibition by Latifat ‘Her Story’ celebrating black women breaking barriers and creating history.
