Domestic Homicide Review - Application Form

Experienced Domestic Homicide Review Chairs are invited to apply and conduct a Domestic Homicide Review for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. 

This will include your service establishing what lessons are to be learned from the domestic homicide regarding the way in which local professionals and organisations work individually and together to safeguard victims and make recommendations of how learnt lessons can be applied and help prevent domestic violence and homicide effectively and at the earliest opportunity.
