Dispersed Working Survey
This Survey should take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete, depending on how many of the spaces you've used.
Over the last 18 months we have all worked in very different ways and the Covid-19 pandemic has given us the opportunity to develop and move to a more permanent dispersed working model.
We want the end result to be a truly modern, flexible, and inclusive workforce that gives staff the best work/life balance, while continuing to provide great services that improve outcomes for residents.
In September of this year, we safely rolled out our dispersed working programme and lots of staff have been testing and using our new office spaces using the new booking app.
Currently we are in the test phase of our new way of working and we’re taking it step-by-step and learning as we go, to find out what works well. Your feedback is really important and will help us to make sure that we get this right.
This survey builds on the Staff Temperature Check and the feedback that many of you have already shared with the dispersed working inbox (dispersedworking@lbbd.gov.uk).
This survey is mainly focused on those staff that have been working from home and making use of our new Dispersed Working spaces. If you have been working in this way, please use this opportunity to tell us about your experiences and to give us your views. If your working arrangements have been largely unaffected by Dispersed Working then the survey is less relevant for you but are still committed to improving your experience at work and will be working hard in future to make improvements to the spaces you use, for example at the Frizlands Depot.
The deadline to complete the survey is 5 January 2022.
