CAN DO Fund- Round 2 reporting

Congratulations on being awarded funding from the CAN DO Fund- Round 2. We're really excited to see what you do with the £250.

In order to obtain the funding for your project/event/activity , please complete this form .

The information you will need to give us is:

• Your contact details (and that of your organisation if you are applying on behalf of an organisation)
• Equality data for the 3 people who will be involved in your project. Why do we need this? Read the information in the box to the right.
• Confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of the funding
• Which vouchers you would like to receive, if you are receiving the funds in voucher format.

What happens next:

1. Complete the form to receive your funding.
   
2. We'll provide you with your funding, either via vouchers (please allow 10 days) or direct payment if you are an organisation and we have agreed this with you in advance.
3. Host your event/activity/projects! If you would like us to promote your event in our newsletter, please let us know. Email Wayne Trevor- details are on the right.
4. Feed back how it went:
   1. Take a photo of your receipt and,
   2. some photos of your event and,
   3. tell us how many people came to your event.
   4. You'll need to upload this to our post event form- link will be sent to you
5. Events must be held, and reporting complete by 29 February 2024.
