We want to hear what is great, and what is not so great, so that we can support you to live happily and healthily, as part of our 'Best Life' Strategy. We will gather all of your responses to help us think about what we can do differently to improve experiences for people living in our Borough.
This survey is being carried out on behalf of the Barking and Dagenham Place Based Partnership. We are a group of lots of different agencies delivering help and support for people in Barking and Dagenham. The Partnership includes GPs, hospitals and community healthcare teams, social care and community and voluntary sector partners.
